piano and the spoken word: Arnan wiesel and moran wiesel

Arnan Wiesel is joined by performance poet Moran Wiesel to present Enoch Arden by Richard Strauss, as well as selections intertwining poetry and music.

Enoch Arden is a Melodrama for a narrator and piano by Richard Strauss set to the narrative poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson. The music complements the romantic text with colours and cascading musical figures.

The first half of the program will include a selection of poems by Moran Wiesel interspersed with musical vignettes from various musical styles.
